QUALIFICATIONS

·         10+ Years SharePoint Experience as subject matter expert (SME) in implementation, architecture and development

·         Extensive experience with SharePoint Deployment Planning, Content Management, InfoPath Forms management, Web Part deployment, site definitions, features, Enterprise Search, defining Windows Workflow Foundation workflows.

·         Project management experience developing contingent project plans, performing cost analysis, organizing and managing resources

·         Successful Management abilities that reduce risk significantly, often by adhering to policy of open communication, ensuring that every significant participant has an opportunity to express opinions and concerns

·         Ability to facilitate sessions with cross-functional work teams to define and fine-tune IT related project initiatives

·         Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills

·         Thorough knowledge of application development lifecycle (SDLC) including unit testing, regression testing, deployment and user acceptance testing

·         Ability to assimilate input from many different sources, and present concise recommendations
